Strydom Cello Studio Policies — Golden Valley

Enrollment
Enrollment in Hanno's Golden Valley cello studio is arranged directly with Hanno on a mutually convenient basis. Contact Hanno to inquire.

Payment
Tuition is due on or before the tuition due dates shown on the calendar overview posted here. Students will receive invoices from Hanno by email. Students may either mail a check to Strydom Cello Studio, 100 Jersey Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55427, or bring payment to any lesson scheduled before the payment due date. Please make checks payable to Hanno Strydom. Contact Hanno for details about the cost of lessons at Hanno's Golden Valley cello studio.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations should be communicated by sending an e-mail to hanno@hannostrydom.com or by texting or calling Hanno at 651 239 8288. Payment for lessons canceled with more than 24 hours notice will be applied to the following billing period; payment for all missed lessons and lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeit.

Make-Up Option
Make-ups for lessons canceled with more than 24 hours notice may be available, schedule permitting. Contact Hanno to inquire.

In the event that a student is unable to make it to Hanno's Golden Valley studio due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, students may request to have their lessons via Skype. Skype lesson details are here.

Missed lessons and lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for make-ups.

Lesson Day Protocol
Students who arrive before their scheduled lesson time are welcome to take a seat in the waiting area. Hanno will call them in when he is ready. As long as no disruption is caused, parents, family members and friends are welcome to observe and/or take notes during lessons.

Student Expectations
Detailed student expectations for Hanno's studio are articulated on the Student Expectations page. Hanno reserves the right to refuse to continue working with students who do not make a good faith effort to meet these expectations.
